Black Wolf's facility is owned by Larry and Diane Plamann, parents of Alicia Witzke. They owned the business aspect of Black Wolf as well up until around 2006, when they handed the business to Alicia to take over. For the past few years, Alicia was the owner, trainer and manager of a full time training operation.

Alicia Witzke ran Black Wolf Farm with her dad, Larry Plamann, until about 2006 when Alicia was given the business fully in her name.
From about 2006 until 2009 Alicia ran a full time training barn out of a couple of different barns over the years, which she leased. She guided many young horses and young riders into the show ring, producing some Regional Champions as well as a Reserve Grand National title with a Junior rider. As the economy took a hit, Alicia was forced to make some life changing decisions.
As of January 1st, 2010 Black Wolf Farm closed its doors to the public and on June 13, 2011 it officially became an Amateur run facility. Black Wolf will continue to show and produce competitive show horses that will be offered for sale. We still look forward to meeting new friends and providing people their perfect horse!

Black Wolf Farm is

farm that consists of five stalls, hay room, tack room, shavings nook,
grain area and a workshop. Outside features two large pastures and a
sand work ring that is great for starting young horses.
